Hiring of a Human Resource Manager

Linda Di Rocco, who joined Omori North America in January, is a passionate and driven Human Resources expert with her over 9 years of experience. She brings a wealth of knowledge with her including Strategic Planning, Career Development, Succession Planning, Performance Evaluation, Legislative Compliance, Environmental Health and Safety, Wellness, Internal and Public Relations, Employee Labour Relations, and Continuous Improvement. Her imaginative, inventive, and progressive leadership skills will bring a fresh new perspective to Omori. Linda is dedicated to moving Omori forward with ongoing enhancements in business performances and processes. In the little time since Linda has joined us, she has already started to make a significant impact at Omori. As Omori North America grows, we look forward to Linda helping Omori enhance our procedures and processes while making sure the employees are at the forefront of her efforts.
